Measuring systems perform accurate and fast measurements for Statistical Quality Control for a wide variety of products, including French fries, potatoes, rice, beans and chemical granules. Our Optical Measurement systems automatically measure parameters such as length, diameter, surface area and roundness. Each measurement gives an extensive quality report with statistical parameters that are related to the user’s predefined acceptance specifications.

The vision system can either measure the length of products ruler wise (straight length) or following the curvature (centre line). Measuring curved products is no problem and all measurements are accurate to within less than 1 millimetre (1/25th of an inch).
